Looks Comfy Dude those are nice! How is the legroom? I'm only asking b/c I have Silverado seats in mine (with the gas tank still in the cab) and am wondering how much room I'll gain when I take the tank out.
You`ll gain about an inch, your headrests are against the back of the cab now if I`m not mistaken, are you talking about buckets, I have the same with the consol, which I hav`en`t put in yet tii the tank gets moved,,
Yep, buckets without the console (its in the shed till the tank comes out). An inch huh?...Well its an inch more than I have now
I have to take the seats back out to install the carpet. am looking for a good deal on carpet. am just put the seats in to see what kind off brackets i had to fab and brackets for under the truck.
yeah I like those and tried a set but no leg room unless your 5'7 or shorter I'm 5'9 and my legs would tighten up after long drives ended up selling them and put the og bench back in not to be negative just my 2ents
leg room looks a little tight but I would try it! worst case you have to unbolt and find a bench later I wonder if Bills truck Shop has the "full" carpet?? check back a few threads! what do you plan to use for sound matt?
I believe they are from a 92 or 98.full size chev truck seats will fit also, they have the seat belt in the back rest also.am sure Doge did also for a couple years.
88-98 chevy bench seats will fit using factory holes, just a little elongating on the seat bracket. I'm running a 92 with factory fold down arm rest and love it, tonns of room. I need to use the stock seat belts though, shoulder seat belts integrated into the seats was not introduced in chevy trucks until 1999 and up.
Good deal on Carpet I purchased through www.Classicparts.com. I found at the time (Nov. 08) they had the best price. Their carpet at that time was American made, I believe the company name was ACC (American Custom Carpet) I had a little issue with mine, but I called ACC direct and the level of service I received was excellent and refreshing for this day and time. The carpet fits nicely from front of Cab to the back...simply laid it in, trimed at the door seals, tucked it under my gas tank brackets and it laid down nicely. Highly recommend ACC carpet
I'm using a set of stock lap belts from LMC, they work fine but I wish I had shoulder belts for greater safety.
