Oil question

    After replacing the condenser and points I finally got it started. My question is, once is was started, it ran great for about 5 mins then quit. Started back up and did the exact same thing. When I looked where the oil filter sits, oil was almost to the top of the it. Should this be happening? Or am I missing something? Thanks

    Yep nothing wrong there. The oil filter canister should appear to be nearly full at all times.
