    Hey General -
I am most impressed! Awesome looking. I have a few Q's.
Did you do the work yourselF? I really like the exterior color you chose.
What's to the left of your speedo? Is that original or did you put it in?
What's goes to the right of the ignition switch?

Again, your truck is awesome looking my friend!;-)

    Let me be of assistance;
"What's to the left of your speedo? Is that original or did
    you put it in?"

That is where the facrory tachometer is. It may be a factory job installen here, OR it could be an aftermarket tach installed inside the gauge pod.

"What's goes to the right of the ignition switch?"

That would be the cigar lighter.

    ;)

    >Did you do the work yourselF? I really like the exterior

***The color is the orginal color Paint code 510a from the 1965 paint sheet. Formula by Dupont, basecoat/clearcoat. I painted the truck myself.

    >What's to the left of your speedo? Is that original or did
    you put it in?

***That's a clock, It is not original but I hope to find one later. The lowest price I've found is several hundred dollars so, I found a clock the right size... changed the face on it to something more chevy like and installed it.

    >What's goes to the right of the ignition switch?

***I believe you may be seeing the tach I installed. It's also not original to the truck but I needed one to fine tune my engine and again an original tach is big $$$! There is also an under the dash A/C to the right. Also, not original.

Check this link for more information about my restoration. The only work I didn't do was the windshield. If you have any other questions, please let me know. This restoration was more for me than for any car show. You'll see why on my website.
