    Hi all

Do any of you guys know where I can get the bushings that go in the pad that holds the rear springs to the axle? I have looked every place I know of and no luck.

    thanks

Note quite sure of exactly what you're looking for. The springs shoud bolt to the axle perch. Are you refering to the spring eye bushings?

Hi alley, assuming you also have a GMC, i guess you mean the pad, that is holt
to the axle by one big bolt and the pad is secured to the springs with two u-bolts?

I try, to attach a pic for better understanding. Look in the red circle...

Didn´t find these either. A friend of mine bought some polyurethane one day and didn´t need it anymore, so i drilled out the rubber remaining´s, used the old metal sleeves in there again, and pored in the polyurethane, let it sit for 12hours and was ready to use them again.

    Hope this helps;)

Make sure if you have Huck or Bendix brakes then go to Chevrolet Obsolete , they have very good diagrams as does " The old Car Manual Project " .
