Knee Action Shocks

    What is the fluid used inside these shocks?
    Mine is pretty thin and black

    Hydraulic fluid or motorcycle fork oil.

    Knee Action Fluid

    Originally they used Glycrin but any good jack oil , PS fluid etc, will do .

    Apple Hydraulics rebuilds them and sells wildly overpriced fluid plus they'll cheat you on the cores every time *but* their finished product works well .
