side cover gasket

    i ordered a side cover gasket for my 52 and got this huge gasket with six cork circular gaskets. definately not for my engine. what is this set for?

    Sounds like a 216...with cut-outs around the spark plugs.

    by jove thats it! thanks. i now know that i must have a 235 not a 216.
