Has anyone fitted one of these to this particular engine? I get conflicting info; most companies' application guides say " except V6" . I want a Pertronix or similar to get rid of the points. Exactly what distributor does a 1963 305E V6 have? I cannot see any obvious marking and am reluctant to pull it out.
