I have a Chevy 350 with a Billet Specialties TruTrack system installed. This includes a Maval power steering pump. I'm using a Billet Specialties remote resevoir and a power steering box from Brothers Trucks. The problem I'm having is when bleeding the system (jack up front wheels, turn steering wheel left to right 40 times) it gets consistently harder to turn to the point that you almost can't turn the steering wheel. When I start the engine the steering wheel won't turn either direction, totally locked up.
Right now I'm on my 3rd replacement steering box and 3rd replacement Maval pump and it's still doing the same thing. Anyone ever seen this issue before?
    Thanks,
    Larry

Sounds like you might have the pressure line and the return line crossed.
