High tech stuff is just part of their life and they really put it to work. In the shop checking a speedometer usually takes two people but one of the young guys set that thing they carry around in their pocket so it was aimed at the speedo and then from underneath the truck he spun the cable with a drill. He then watched what the screen on the what ever it's called showed. Yesterday we went out to the Pate swap meet which is big and has thousands of cars in the parking lot with no lane markings which means I lose my truck every year. This year a young guy jumped up in the back of the truck after we parked and did a 360 degree panaramic view of all around us. Returning straight to the truck was just like coming home.

My Brother and I were at Pate last weekend as well. I bought a pair of new runnin' boards for my GMC. We go with a few retired ExxonMobil guys and hang out. Had fun, it was Hot, but not as hot as it has been.... We get several vendor spaces on aisle 7 every year, ( I've only been going for 5 yrs, but the guys have been going for about 20)
