If it works like it says it does, I might have to get one. I took the truck out for the first time this spring yesterday and got stranded thanks to my weak 4 year old 6V battery. I really don't want to convert my entire truck over to 12V yet, but would like the extra cranking.

Just take the time to sort out your battery cables , they *MUST* be 0 Gauge or thicker and the ground cable *MUST* be attached to the engine ior tranny , NOT the frame ! .

This small things fixes 99 % of all stating troubles , all i ever see are 4 gauge cable from cheapo partshaus , attached to the frame and then a jumper cable to the engine ~ it AIN'T GONE WORK LIKE DAT ! .
