This is the intake and exhaust manifold off of my 292. The pics I've seen off the Offy for the 292 looks different than this one. This one looks like the smaller six intake? There are no numbers on it that I can find and pics I've seen of the intake for the big six is smooth on top and just says Offenhouser, where the smaller six has the fins like this one does. Anybody know? Also the hard line running from the mixture port to the base is crimped badly on both carbs, is this normal? I wouldn't think so but this is all new to me. And anything else ya'll see wrong? Note the numbers on the bottom of the intake runner is a cast date 11/14/05

For the most part, the intake and exhaust manifolds are interchangeable from the 194, 230, 250 and 292. Here's a photo of my friend's 292 for his Chevy II, using the same intake and exhaust manifolds for the 194 through 292.

I know your post is an older one, but...

That looks like a 216/235/261 intake and exhaust manifold to me. Note the difference in the exhaust port shape.

As far as the tubes on your carbs, they supply vacuum for the choke pull-off. They should still work, but will probably not operate as efficiently as they should.
