Is this stock?

    The boxes below axel and above the leaf springs.

    I wasn't sure if someone did this to lower the rear ride height?

    No they did that to lower it, the
    pad on top is stock. Someone also reshaped the spring to get it even lower.

    not stock

    looks like a home made lowering block.
    the end of the leaf spring looks like it was bent too to go even lower.

    Scary !

    The smutchy , poor welding , incorrect offset and re heated & bent leaf spring didn't give you any clue ?! :eek: .

    Even my Kooky Kommie Russian Motor cycle has better welds than this dangerous junk does .
