Started to work on rear brakes while waiting on new disk kit for front. I noticed that when releasing E brake this rod bangs into bottom of frame crossmember (see pict). One is pict of brake on and two is off. As far as I can tell the shoes are releasing the wheel. Can this be corrected at the outside clevis where the cable hooks up? Thanks

It probably would be better to adjust the cross shaft arm position by adjusting the "banana" shaped clevis on the rod going to the front and then adjusting the cables to the rear.
