   My signal flasher started clicking when ignition is OFF., when I pull the signal arm either left or right (still w/ignition off) it will stop clicking, or when I turn the ignition ON it also stops... All lights work, signals work, dash lights, dome lights etc all work.. i am stumped., any ideas?
