I just purchased a 1949 Chevy truck. I believe that somebody put a steering column in it out of a 1960-62 Chev/GMC. Was the turn signal switch on a 60-62 operated by a cable? I just ordered the aftermarket switch and from the picture that appears to be the case. Also the switch appears to have a "triangle set" wiring plug, with 6 pins. Could anybody tell me the pin out for that switch...I don't have the mating half of the plug and the truck is a 49 so I need to know which pin does what so I can wire it in. Thanks for the help. My email is chebytrk53@yahoo.com you can respond here or to my email. Thanks very much.
