Stock Lever shocks

    In the process of tearing my '49 down and updating.

    Are the stock lever shocks worth anything?? Trying to decided if I should unbolt them from the rear end or just hit them with the skinny wheel.

    Coach - All the old parts are wanted by restorers. Worth it is pretty subjective! I'm interested in the rods at the ends of the arms...

    I still have the original's on my 47'. People think they are indestructible and for the most part they are. Just check the fluid levels inside. They cost over $150 last time I looked. Yours are prolly still functional.
