    Sweet !

    Good deal Robert ;

    You are going to LOVE over drive ! .

    Just remember to always lock it out before you park as backing up in overdrive will damage it severely .

    wow

    i toook the truck out this weekend and wow went on the freeway the rpms were a lot lower and was able to cruise about 65 70 or so speedometer not working that well jumps around a little. no strain or a pistons wanting to jump out of the block. although i do need to learn how to drive it with the kick down switch i will have to put the relay inside the cab so i can hear it click on even with the overdrive cable pulled out no od its still a nice drive around town. i did find a lot more shakes and rattles at a little higher speed.

    Transmission and OD

    Hey Robert

    I have been writing some threads about the subject a while ago and am indeed very intrested to know what transmission and OD you have installed and what engine you have under the hood ? So far i have understood is that your experiences are positive with the new setup.

    Congrats on the progress Robert. Good to hear you were out on a ride, maybe a trophy for under construction this year?

    You have a great little truck there Robert, and like your neighbor you just may get looked at this year.
    See ya there, we need to get more to come out there, I'd like to have the green klingon battle cruiser running to take but there is no time for it.
