New to the forum. Hope you folks can help! I am looking for any one who makes lower door pillars for a 66' Chevy p/u Any help would be appreciated. When I get my camera figured out I will load some pics of it. At the moment it is getting new inner/outer rockers and floor pans. Found out I also need lower pillars and cannot find any.

As far as I know the hinge pillars are not reproduced.

Because of the type of rot you mentioned, you better look closely at your roof as well. Check the sheet metal around the drip rails. Hinge pillars rot from one cause. The roof leaking because the sealer had dried in the drip rails, allowing water to enter between the outter and inner sheet metal. This rots the cab from the inside out. Your kick panels are probably pretty well toasted too.

It might be time to start looking for a donor cab if the damage is too far gone. :-(

Every thing else looks fine it is just the bottm of the pillar, below the bottom door hinge. The fenders and inside splash guard were completely gone. Thanks for your help.

If you still need it, I have a pretty good 65 C10 with a long narrow bed. It has a 350 in it right now. It has a rust hole at the radio speaker grill where a rag was laying for years. I have found a nice 64 that I would rather work on and would like to pass the 65 on to someone else.
