I just ordered a cigarette lighter from Classic Parts for my 66 pickup. Is it pretty apparent where the connections go or does it come with instructions??? Also, is the output ok for charging cellphones, Ipod etc.

YOU CAN ACTUALLY WIRE IT TO A HOT LEAD FOR CONSTANT POWER, OR YOU CAN WIRE IT TO THE IGNITION TO ONLY GIVE IT POWER WHEN THE KEY IS ON. YOU CAN USE IT TO CHARGE YOUR CELL PHONE AND OTHER EXCESORIES LIKE A LITTLE AIR COMPESSOR, SPOT LIGHT, WHATEVER RUNS OFF A CIGERETTE LIGHTER. GOOD LUCK.

I do belive that it is marked on the fuse box right where it goes. Don't worry the lighter will handle just as much juice as a new vehicle.
