I am STILL working on my truck.
Now I have moved on to the wiring. My question is
How to wire up the back-up lights. Do I run an energized wire from the ign switch to the brown plug on the T-5 trany, then another wire to the back-up
light. Then when the shifting into reverse the whole system will be complete and the light will work. In all forward gears the system is broken and no light.
    Is this thinking correct?
    thanks steve

That should be it. It is just a contact switch. You may have to swap wires to terminals, I don't know if they are dedicated or not.
