if I am correct, the V at the beginning of the vin no. means the truck originally had a V8 in it (I know it does for my '58)

    1956 Vin #

My VIN # is 3B56 0 018164 ... the Vin tag uses a " zero" for the "O" in Oakland I'm assumming. Is it common for a " zero" to used for the "O" on the VIN tag ?
    Thanks !
