So I painted all those parts with acrylic enamel. I had to tape off an area to paint the white parts on my hood. Using that wonderful blue tape, I tacked some paper down to keep the over spray away. Naturally, when I removed the tape, there is now residue left of the hood. Can I safely remove these spots with acetone before I clear coat it? Thanks in advance for your advice. Clear coating will happen tonight after school.
Logo, signs and lettering painting Russ Trucks in the older days used to have painted compagny logos , signs and lettering on there doors. Could you tell me how the work whas done. Did they coated there creations with Clear coat at last to cover it ? Martinius.
Most sign painters used 1 shot, a very tough enamel paint. These logos could be romoved with paint thinner and lots of scrubbing. www.1shot.com
