I have a 59 1/2 ton chevy truck small window with lots of issues, and I am able to get a rust free big window GMC cab with title. I know the dash 's on these are different in style but can I cut the GMC dash out and install the chevy dash?

    My Guess

    Bulldog,

My guess is the dash, and maybe the start button location may be different. I know I have a Chevy 1959 cab and used 1958 GMC fenders with no issues.

Only four mounting location to the frame.

Besides that the GMC dash just looks better.

Sorry, picture has fuel level and engine temp chopped off the right side.

Another advantage of the GMC dash is you can mount aftermarket gauges in it ( 3 3/8 and 2 1/16) without modification.
