[updated:LAST EDITED ON Oct-24-05 AT 09:22 PM (CST)]I am currently pulling the 292 out (worn out & smoking bad) & putting in the 235 Motor I had in my 62' Panel Truck...this motor cost me over $3,500.00 when it was done! It's .060 over, mild cam & every thing under the sun that you can do to a 6 Cyc. Motor! I had it done at Valley Head Service in Northridge, CA. where I used to work...Larry (the owner) did an AWESOME Job...with the 1 BBL Carb, I can put my foot to the floor & on the freeway, the Panel would just climb up faster & faster & would keep climbing as long as your foot was to the floor! Imagine what a 4BBL would be like? That's what I'm going for, a 4 BBL & Headder...wanna see what this Motor can do! "SKULL"

Thanks man. It's a work in progress. It needs paint, fenders and rockers. But until I get around to it I'm gonna drive the wheels off of it.

Thats what I like so much about 1960 to 1966 chevy trucks, the engine bay has so much room a person can put allmost any size of motor in there 6cylinder even up to a monster 572 v-8.:)
