[updated:LAST EDITED ON Oct-20-05 AT 03:48 PM (CST)]Is it true that a 73-77 front end with disc brakes will bolt right into my '60?
also, did any of these years have 6 lug wheels? Because i really don't wanna have to buy new wheels or use an adaptor.

I'm not sure if it will bolt right up but it should fit. You might have to drill a few holes. You can buy 6 lug rotors from ccp and chevy duty that fit right on those spindles.

I just used everything( from a 78) BUT the crossmember on my 66, I made the mistake of switching everything to 5 lug, i would advise against that. You can find alot more wheels for 6 lug than you can 5. I put the oversize brakes on mine and the 15" won't go over the calipers. NOW< Try finding used 17" or bigger 5 lug, I still haven't at a resonable price yet. But it's a 2 year project that i'm doing, so no real rush. Anyhow, hop ethis helps
