I'm hoping you get this... In don't know without seeing it ,it sounds to me like the pitman arm is incorrectly mounted to the steering box .

I was incorrect they are not split rims After I sent the e mail I went and checked the rims again and I found my mistake Thanks for the help

Never heard of 16" split rims for these trucks but I sure don't know everything. Are you sure of what you're saying?
