    All alone

Good times... Spiral LED bulbs? I hate the spiral CFL's.. but love the Edison base LED's. The CFL's have "issues" in very cold temperatures.. that and they contain mercury which is hazardous (or at least they used too).

How do you guys do it?

Of the trucks Chevrolet has produced through the years these second generation C10's have to be the worst for rust. My dad bought a '72 C-20 new and within 5 years it had holes rotted in it... and after 9 years it was no longer safe to drive. The web of the rear trailing arms had holes rusted...

    Tachometer Filter

I bought an aftermarket tachometer Auto Meter tach for my '69 Camaro and the readings were erratic and spiked frequently. I called the Auto Meter Service phone number and one of their technicians instructed me to install a 10K ½ watt resistor in the green wire going to the coil. I purchased...

    Finally It's Gone!

I had a friend in Ohio who had a '62 vert vette. You get the neat 2nd gen rear appearance and the neat first gen dog house. For me though... it doesn't get better than a '63 split window coupe.

    Finally It's Gone!

Not a Viper fan or a super car fan. Well, unless you consider a 2nd Generation vette a super car.

Thanks Steve. Yep, photo is circa 2003 ish from our place on Old National Road. The RPU only had about 5 miles on it when we moved. In the photo below you can see my hi-tech blasting booth hanging from the ceiling. These two old Fords are buddies for life..... I wish they could talk...

    Lakeroadster's High Country Barn

Back before I got my lift I wanted a way to set a vehicle on the wheels, but lifted up off the ground. I had a set of wooden ramps my Grandfather had given me back in the 1980's. And I had a bunch of 2x material and 1/2" plywood left over from other projects. So I built these lift boxes...

    HAPPY DAY........

Always late to the party... ;-) Merry Christmas to all and Happy Holidays. Nate, we too were in search of a good thin crust pizza. Living here in the mountains the pickings are pretty slim. So we make our own. Pre-heat oven to 475 F. Buy the single bag of crust mix, mix it up according...

My Hat's Off To The Folks That Programmed This Forum

Well that's interesting. Some folks have gotten a tongue lashing over at The Garage Journal for not picking a new photo site and re-attaching photo's. For me I'm guessing that would be 500 photo's for my barn build thread to stay intact. I never knew if that site had used different software...
