Spiral LED bulbs? I hate the spiral CFL's.. but love the Edison base LED's.
The CFL's have "issues" in very cold temperatures.. that and they contain mercury which is hazardous (or at least they used too).
Of the trucks Chevrolet has produced through the years these second generation C10's have to be the worst for rust.
My dad bought a '72 C-20 new and within 5 years it had holes rotted in it... and after 9 years it was no longer safe to drive. The web of the rear trailing arms had holes rusted...

Back before I got my lift I wanted a way to set a vehicle on the wheels, but lifted up off the ground.
I had a set of wooden ramps my Grandfather had given me back in the 1980's.
And I had a bunch of 2x material and 1/2" plywood left over from other projects.
So I built these lift boxes...
Bummer. My 1931 Ford has a CE front I beam axle... pretty sure I bought the 4 bar kit from them too back in the early '90's.

Well that's interesting. Some folks have gotten a tongue lashing over at The Garage Journal for not picking a new photo site and re-attaching photo's. For me I'm guessing that would be 500 photo's for my barn build thread to stay intact. I never knew if that site had used different software...
