Google Over here in the uk there are a couple of companies who can make cables to any size or shape, sometimes you have to provide the end fittings for them but any machine shop should be able to knock them up for you, I'm sure in the vastly bigger US there must be cable manufacturers who can...

Lucas I've fitted the old Lucas cable drive wiper motor in mine, bit of a tight fit but it does squeeze in. Motor is mounted up above the parking release handle.
