Bolt
Yes, it is for each bolt....it has a hard to find washer style head and we currently only have one supplier. We are trying to find a cheaper alternative but as of now this is the only way we can provide it.
Parts
GM doesn't make many of the parts for the older trucks anymore. Some of the items for your 1979 are still offferd by GM but the majority of the parts are reproductions, some based off of the original tooling, but the majority have been re-manufactured.
