Andy, I had a local old school muffler shop do a complete exhaust system from the manifold to tail pipe for $100. I looked for an owner/welder in his 60's. I don't know if you can live with rust resistant pipe? or how close you are trying to rebuild or restore.

it's been quite a few years since I rebuilt the deck, but it looks like the side rails are held in place by carriage bolts that sandwich the decking thru to the cross rails. I seem to recall that the front rail was tack welded in place.

Have you considered marine grade plywood? I have some livestock panels made from marine grade ply that have been in the weather for over 25 years and still holding together without delaminating. Just saying...

Thanks for option Nick I happen to prefer the "Classic" look. I opted for the Classic look on Outlook when it upgraded too. It's hard to teach on old dog new tricks I guess...#wink#
