Just find your local heavy duty truck parts supply house they usuly have a brake shop in house or they can send it out for relining. also some auto parts stores have assess to these places.
Cutters
They now make the cutter with a small drill bit instead of the center pin. Also I have used most types of the cutters on the market and have had the best luck with a Rotabroach brand hole cutter, looks the same but is only one sided and is built a lot thicker therefore lasting a lot...
This is on a 4x4 with a 2 inch body lift and is hard plumbed to the stock filler neck. You could lower it to fit two wheelers. I have a flex rubber hose where it comes out of the cab and where it connects to the tank.Body being thrased right now will get pics on soon as pos.
As far as i know the best way to seal the hump is with 3M strip caulk. put two strips all the way around and bolt hump back on if you have the shifter to hump foam seal put that on first it seals out the junk from the top of the shift tower.
