modern chevy's have pretty crappy steering components, they eat up idler and pitman arms, not as bad but the lower tre's go out too.

a mini spool will not fit in a posi diff, they are built differently. a spool, mini, welded rear SUCKS to daily or street drive.

take the cover off and find the stamping. that bom code will only tell you what it came with, who knows how many times its been fooled with since it left the factory floor.

any oil on the exterior head bolts is leaking from the valve covers, the bolts will only leak water because the end in water jacket not oil passages.
