Is there a trick to removing the instrument cluster?

I am having trouble getting the collar that holds the floor shifter to the transmission. Any help out there?

FYI - I did buy a rebuild carburetor form our host. I bolted it on and my truck started right up.

I need to replace the carb on my 1957 235. Has anyone had experience getting a carb from Classic Parts? Bolt on and go? Or suggestions for a different carb source are also welcome.

My new dual master has the following configuration: Rear reservoir is the larger of the two and takes a smaller size brake line. The front has a smaller reservoir and a takes a larger brake line Which one is for the rear brakes and which one is for the front?

I am replacing the original master cylinder with a newer unit. If I am keeping the original drum brakes, do I need a proportioning valve?

Tailgate on my 58 I got one of those tailgates for my 58 Fleetside. It is great. Had a bit of trouble aligning it with the rear end of the bed side.

I have one I have one hubcap from a 1958. It has no rust and only small dents. I will post a picture.
