air cleaner

Good day folks, I'd like to replace the original air cleaner housing with the long snorkel with a bog standard 14" open filter. Before I do this, I know there are a couple of vacuum lines that connect to the original air cleaner housing. Is there a kit for relocation or how would I perform...
