16 inch wheels with hub cap clips

I have four original type 16 inch wheels with intact hubcap clips. I bought them for my '54 but am not using them and have not used them ever. They all look to be serviceable but do need to be blasted and painted. some have some minimal pitting, but not too bad. One needs to have some of the clips replaced which are available from most vendors. $50.00 buys all four, plus shipping of course.
