I am in need of some help. I can not get my parking brake to engage! I believe I have made all the adjustments properly (ie concentric bolt, New shoes and cable, wheel cylinder adjusted, etc). Problem is when the parking brake pedal is fully engaged the lever inside the drum does not push the slotted rod enough to push the brake shoe into the drum. Any thoughts on what is my problem? Thanks for any help.

Without seeing your set up in person I can only suggest looking through older threads about Huck (rhymes with SUCK) brakes, they're O.K. but never more than that .

I'd begin by undoing both ends of the park brake cables and making sure they're easy to pull back and forth more than necessary ~ if not, soak them in a clean oil drain pan with 3/4" of new undiluted antifreeze, pulling them back and forth occasionally until they're free, re install and adjust the service brake with the cable's front end disconnected .

Remember : Huck brakes have TWO adjusters per wheel .
