1950 3100 front bolts

Greetings--I'm new to this forum and new to rebuilding a 1950 3100. In replacing all brake shoes and wheel cylinders, I ended up breaking off four bolts (2 per side) on the front wheels. I can't find them listed/shown anywhere, but they're each about 5/16" and 4 inches long, with only the last inch threaded. They are located below the axle spindle and hold the rear wheel plate on. Does anyone know where I can buy replacements?

I'm a bit confused! you say broke bolts on front wheels and then say they hold on rear wheel plate. Can you upload a pic?
