Hey everyone, my dad and I have decided our cars have been sitting around long enough and its time to get them on the road!!! I need help finding some parts and tips for restoring for my 1953 Chevy Carryall. It has the original front seat but is missing the 2 back seats, any ideas where I might find some??? Thanks
Suburban Rear Seats Send a PM to Joe , AKA MotherTrucker , he'll set you up but I doubt they'll be cheap . FWIW , they're not difficult to fake , just go to junkyard & buy some old School Bus seats , modify the legs as necessary , paint & have them trimmed to match Be aware though ~ old truck guys will always instantly see they're not correct and some may make ignorant snide comments . Most original Suburban rear seats got tossed out when they were relegated to just work trucks .
