Has anyone used the Toyota conversion on a 1954 truck .I see that CPP offers them for newer trucks. Will they work on a 54. This seems like the way to go if it will work .
Power steering I have a friend that has a complete power steering setup for a 54 car. Im not sure how much of it will work on a truck........
We have done several AD Chevys with the Toyota conversion and they work well. Bill Hanlon with his used to be GMC said the Toyota did NOT work on it. He could give the details. The 55-64 car tie rod ram style p/s also works well but is not near as tidy looking.
