1960 Chevy C20 camper special

It has these 2 doors which open on the side of the bed so you can access the storage from the outside of the truck. They lock and have a twist handle to open. I cant find pics or info on it @ all. Was wondering if any of you have ever seen this before and is it Custom factory or private? please let me know. Thank you
