1964-5 tach dash?

Was there a option for a tach in the instrument cluster for a 64-5 truck?
Anyone have pictures that they can send?

I think the tach was only available in the bigger trucks, I have one in my '66 truck. My father-in-law put it in when he was still around.

 

The tach's came in the C-10's and 20's as an option. The Vacuum guage on the left was included in the heavier trucks.

Hi Joe; I was making a funny - 1966 Chevy with a GMC grill. I have a 64 GMC.

Actually, I’m planning on passing the truck to my son when he’s more established; he drove it during high school. The Falcon is really my daughters car, she’s away at college. I just work on them with my kids to pass on some knowledge and spend time with them.

i have remedied that situation, see attached pic

 

I am not sure, i didnt know they came with a stock tach, we added a newer one to the steering column in my 65, definatly aftermarket and doesnt quite fit in, but it has one

 

i added a cheapo from ebay
