1967 Chev C20

My 1967 Chev C20 Pickup brake pedal release very slowly. The brake fluid is sufficient and there are no leaks anywhere on the truck. Anybody out there that may know what the problem is? Thanks.

? Pedal return spring gone missing or the pivot bushing is binding up ? .

Take the pedal to master cylinder actuator rod loose from the pedal and see if it still binds. If it does it's in the bushing/shaft/spring and if it doesn't it is something inside the master cylinder.
