1970 C10 Air Cleaner Vacuum Lines

Good day folks,

I'd like to replace the original air cleaner housing with the long snorkel with a bog standard 14" open filter. Before I do this, I know there are a couple of vacuum lines that connect to the original air cleaner housing. Is there a kit for relocation or how would I perform this conversion without affecting the functionality of anything on the truck? Specs are as follows:

1970 Chevy C10
Factory Air
Factory PS/PB
Original 350 with Edelbrock AVS2 four-barrel carb
