I have a '82 Chevy 3/4T Crew cab 6.2 with 400 auto. I know you're going to think I'm crazy but I would like to put a late model 5-speed in for the over drive. Does anyone know if the bellhousing is the same bolt pattern, what flywheel to use, etc. The truck has an Advance Turbo Systems on it and only has 40,000 mi so should be good for a long time and I'm just not happy with the 400. Any info would be greatly appreciated
