does anybody konw where i can purchase a used 1986 chevy tuck in central maryland because i am in desperate need of a truck but it must not be to old and rickty and it must have a v-6 or v-8 enguine because of high gas prices my friend form school his moms 86 silveraldo gets only 10 miles in a gallon and that sucks
 
Look in the local truck / auto trader or shopper, keep you eyes open for those sitting alonside a residence with a for sale sign. Also, if you find an '87 Chevy truck it will have throttle body injection. Will provide a little better fuel mileage.
 
I have looked in every last one and i can not find one. I just want to know if anyone is selling any 86-87 k-10 or k20 for under 5k and i want the person to be located around the harford county or Baltimore city area. and i will not buy salvaged or damaged parts i want the truck to be in okay or perfect condition.
