    So ;

    I'm sitting here watching an old 1954 Micky Spillane detective movie , the main character is Mike Hammer and he's driving...........

    a new 1954 Corvette ! in one scene he thinks there's a bomb under the hood so he pops it and his mechanic buddy looks in at the 235 with side draught carbies :D and removes a pipe bomb , Hammer slams the hood , fires it up and roars off , the exhaust sound is clearly an uncorked 235 with multiple carbys racing away @ full tilt boogie......

    Most of the street scenes in that movie were chock full of GM products...... :)

    I plumb forgot to pay attention fo the talky bits , I was in lust looking at all those wonderful automobiles :eek:

    I know where it parks on Saturday nights between March and mid-November.
