Yes if it is a '67 or older block. In '68 and '69 the 327 had larger main journals, the same size as the 350. Rod length is the same but you will have to use a custom piston or one listed for a 302(that is what you are building). A 327 piston has a different wrist pin placement due to the longer stroke of the 327 crank and won't rise far enough in the bore to make any kind of compression. I seem to remember that some bearing mfg. company was making thick bearings to allow you to install a small journal crank in a large journal '68 or '69 block but that was a lot of years ago. Check with your local machine shop for availabilty if you have a newer block. Good luck.

I don't know of an aftermarket source for a flat top or dished piston. Ads usually don't list 302 pistons. If you find them please let me know as I would also be interested. tcbbryant@bright.net
