[updated:LAST EDITED ON Jun-25-02 AT 11:17 PM (CST)]Can anyone tell me what i would have to do to make my 283 v8 in to a stroker. what kinda crankshaft would i use? if i make it in to a stroker i would use 9.5:1 or 10:1 piston comperession.What would you recommend flat top or dished pistions. And can any one tell me the size of a combustion chamber on a stock head. the engine is a 1963 283. thanks

what kind of tourqe do you think i could see if i used 10:1 piston compression. edelbrock cam# 2103 Duration at .050 Lift: Intake 214° Exhaust 214° Lobe Separation: 112°. A 327 small journal crank and a .030bore job. i will have a 3 2barrel set up edelbrock intake #5419
