292 or 350

Hi all I was just wondering what to do. either rebuild my 292 or by an old 350 block and rebuild it. I would like to keeep the truck stock but I was told it would cost more to rebuild the 292. what do you all think?

Well if you like the power of the 292 rebuild it. If you want a more modern setup put a 350 in it. My choice would be the 350 because the parts availability will be there down the road. (if I planed on keeping the truck) If I was gonna sell it I would stay with the 292 for the resale value
