3 speed column shift problem

Greetings all, I just purchased an 81 Chevy pu w/3speed on the column. The gear shift & sleeve on the column are very sloppy from wear. The gears shift fine but there is a lot of excess play while moving the shifter between gears. The play really seems to be at the column, not under the hood. I would just like to tighten things up a bit.

I can't seem to find replacement parts for this. Anyone have any suggestions on how to do this.
